Customer confidential information is not intentionally used to train public AI models. Human oversight remains part of report preparation.
Data Ownership
Customers own their data. B2BEA owns its methodologies and anonymised benchmark datasets.
Business Continuity
We maintain backups and recovery procedures appropriate for the MVP stage and will continue to mature these capabilities.
