Services
The assessment provides benchmarking, analysis and recommendations. It is not legal, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and ensuring submitted information is accurate.
Customer Content
Customers warrant they have authority to provide information submitted through the platform.
Intellectual Property
B2BEA owns the platform, framework, scoring methodology, maturity model, reports templates and associated intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their own data.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential information and only use it for the intended business purpose.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may cease use of the service. Certain obligations including confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws agreed in the applicable customer agreement or, if none exists, the laws applicable to B2BEA Inc.
