Customers retain ownership of all assessment responses and business information submitted. B2BEA owns the assessment methodology, scoring models, benchmarks and intellectual property used to generate outputs.

AI and Automation
We may use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity when preparing reports. Customer confidential information is not intentionally used to train publicly available AI models. Human review is performed before customer deliverables are issued.
Benchmarking
Only aggregated and irreversibly anonymised information may be included in industry reports. No organisation will be identified without prior written consent.
Security

Data Retention
